PSAQ for Spring Season

On January 4th Attitude has kicked off an 8 week camp PSAQ pre-season training for Cardinal O’Hara’s Lacrosse team. This camp is being run by Attitudes newest trainers Dan Gough and TJ Cascio. Together these guys are a taking a good lacrosse team and bringing them to the next level for the 2010 season. We have a great number of kids participating, and they bring much dedication and determination to each workout. This is a great group of young men who are putting in the grind work for the success throughout the season. We look forward to the rest of the camp and will keep you posted on the success of the camp as well as the team throughout the season.

Say No to Drugs Holiday Classic

On Sunday Dsay no to drugs holiday classicecember 13, Attitude’s Missy Przybysz represented and ran in the Universal Studios Los Angeles’ 9th Annual Say No to Drug Holiday Classic. Missy is currently training for her second half marathon in May. She has made great progress recently with new weight lifting tactics and cardio interval training. The race included, a 5K, a 10K, as well as a kiddie run! Proceeds from the event went to the Boys and Girls club of America.

Future Division I Stars with a NEW ATTITUDE

Seniors, Michael Huf and Corey Brown will begin training this week with Dan Gough. Michael and Corey are both coming off of their senior seasons at Cardinal O’hara High School. Michael is leaning toward The Naval Academy but also is looking at Akron, Villanova and William & Mary to name a few other institutions that are looking to have Michael in camp in August. Michael recorded 110 tackles and 4.5 sacks. Corey Brown has already committed and sign with THE Ohio State University. Corey rushed for close to 1200 yards and had 500 receiving yards. He also recorded 2 interceptions on defense. Dan will be putting these young men through grueling workouts until August to prepare them for camp.

New Trainers

Attitude would like to welcome new trainers, TJ Cascio and Dan Gough to the Attitude team. TJ and Danny will be working with clients in the greater Philadelphia region. Danny and TJ will begin training the Cardinal O’Hara lacrosse team in an 8 week pre season strength and conditioning program. Also, Cardinal O’hara has committed to work with Danny for a 6 week accelerated preseason strength and conditioning program. TJ Cascio and Dan Gough bring a great passion to the fitness world and are more than welcomed to the AAF team. They are now available for personal training, program design and team training.
